We offer Training Programs in Karate (the father and influence of Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do), Weapons, and Self Defense for adult men and women, teens and children.

Students learn our SNK Curriculum - combining the most effective and best of the martial arts in structured, disciplined, and exciting training classes.

Our main training is the Shotokan Karate-do style; developed from various martial arts by Gichin Funakoshi (1868–1957) and his son Yoshitaka Funakoshi (1906–1945). And, the Kyokushin a strong style of stad-up karate-do, founded in 1964 by Masutatsu Oyama.

SKN is led by Sensei Oscar Silvera, with more than 25 years of martial art instruction. He has some experience in a variety of martial arts; such as Iaido, Aikido, Taekwondo, Tang soo do, Jujujtsu, Tai chi, Kickboxing, Kung fu and others. He can offer insights into the relationships between various martial arts and the effective training methods found in those arts. He currently holds Dan ranking (black belt) in Japanese and Korean Martial Arts.
