🔹 Mondays: Karate Kids - 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🔹 Wednesday: Karate Kids - 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
🔹 Mondays: Karate Adults - 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
🔹 Wednesdays: Karate Adults - 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
📝 Participation Requirements
✅ Minimum Age: 5 years old
✅ Uniform:
- White karate gi (uniform) required after the first month
- Dojo-approved uniform required for belt tests and tournaments
✅ Footwear: Training is conducted barefoot (medical exceptions allowed)
✅ Behavior & Respect: Students must follow dojo etiquette and show respect to instructors and fellow students
✅ Medical Clearance: If you have pre-existing conditions, consult a doctor before participating
